Pathways & Partnerships – CSBB Sport (K-12)
Catholic Schools Broken Bay offer excellent opportunities for all of our students to participate in events across a range of sports and encourage exercise as a lever for general wellbeing.
Secondary Schools are involved in 25 inter school sporting championship events annually at a diocesan level in addition to their individual school sporting events. These include Athletics, Australian Football, Basketball, Cricket, Cross Country, Football, Golf, Netball, Rugby League, Rugby Sevens, Surf Lifesaving, Swimming, Tennis, Touch and Water Polo
Primary Schools students also experience the fun of inter school sporting opportunities through regular gala days across a range of sports including Athletics, Australian Football, Basketball, Cricket, Cross Country, Football, Hockey, Netball, Rugby League, and Swimming and Tennis.
We have a wealth of talented staff within our CSBB system who convene school sporting championships at state and national level ensuring that our students are mentored and encouraged by those at the top of this field.
Former students remain engaged in our programs with ongoing mentoring and official opportunities at our events to continue their development through the CSBB system in Year 13 and beyond.
Our schools offer opportunities for all students to participate in sports, regardless of their experience level. We believe in providing lifelong learning experiences through sports and are committed to helping our students thrive both on and off the field.
For high potential students, all our schools within CSBB offer the opportunity to gain representative pathway access. This includes all CSNSW, NSW All Schools and School Sport Australia teams.
