Dear Staff, Students and Families
As we approach the last day of term 1, I would like to take the opportunity to thank everyone for their continued hard work that ensured a successful return to school for all this year.
To our students and their families, thank you for your support and entrusting us with the care of your children, especially during a time that all communities have faced disruption from floods and continuing impacts of COVID.
To our staff in the classrooms and all those who play such an important role in supporting them, well done! Throughout the term, you have stayed strong and maintained focus on our students and their families, delivering our vision of an authentic Catholic education with care and compassion.
As a system of schools, I am proud of the work of Towards 2025 that has continued this term with a focus on a newly launched Catholic Charter, our Learning Improvement Program and Employee Wellbeing Project. Next term, our important work will continue with emphasis on the needs of our students and the use of data to further develop our Learning Improvement Program.
As we look forward to the coming days when we celebrate Holy week, I wish you every blessing and joy for Easter.
I do hope you get the chance to catch up with your family and friends and have a well-deserved rest during this break. I look forward to seeing you all in Term 2.
Danny Casey
Director of Schools
