The Catholic Schools Office in Broken Bay is implementing new processes to appoint high calibre Catholic educators in positions of senior leadership in their Diocesan schools.
The school system is entering an exciting time of transformation under the leadership of Bishop Anthony Randazzo and the Director of Schools, Danny Casey to equip Broken Bay schools and people to be future ready, inspiring hearts and minds to know Christ, to love learning and to use their talents to be the very best they can be.
The Diocese of Broken Bay encompasses 44 systemic Catholic schools stretching across Sydney’s North Shore, Northern Beaches and the Central Coast.
“We want innovative educators with a strong vision for quality learning opportunities who can unlock potential, transform lives and notice and celebrate the growth of their students, themselves and their colleagues,” said Danny Casey. “We’re looking for professionals who treasure the gifts that an authentic Catholic educational community can bring to the lives of young people.”
In early July, Bishop Anthony and Danny Casey launched Towards 2025, the strategy for the Diocese of Broken Bay, ensuring authentic, professional, Catholic education delivered with care and compassion to the 17,000 students enrolled in their Catholic schools.
Key to the success of the strategy is that the Catholic Schools Office and school communities work in partnership to ensure alignment and unity of vision.
“We’re building something amazing here in the Diocese of Broken Bay,” added Danny. “We’ve revised our processes across the board to make it easier to come and work with us. We are actively seeking fresh new leaders to invigorate the Diocese and bring vision and innovation to our classrooms. If you are passionate, aspirational, tech savvy, future focused and inspired, we’d love to hear from you.”
