Ellie wowed the coaches with a performance of Sinead O’Connor’s Nothing Compares To You during the two-hour finale, as well as a stirring rendition of Beyonce’s Halo with mentor Jessie J.
A shocked Ellie teared up on stage as her name was read out, with coach Jessie J rushing to the stage to embrace her. “I honestly can’t believe I just won! This has been the most amazing experience,” she said.
