Our Lady of the Rosary, The Entrance, Building Works

Our Lady of the Rosary school will undergo a capital works project involving the demolition of existing aged and dysfunctional learning spaces, student amenities and the removal of existing demountable classrooms.  The construction will include a refurbished library, 15 classrooms, a collaborative learning space with covered walkways and new student amenities.

Glendenning Szoboszlay Architects, in consultation with the Principal and Parish Priest have developed the plans for the project which comprises of two stages.  Stage one includes the demolition of Block D & F and the construction of a new Block H including amenities. The second stage will be realised in future developments for the site.

The project investment is over $11 million, covering both construction and non-construction costs. We appreciate the support of NSW Government who will partially fund this project.
